Application documentsⅠ.Apply for ' Foreign employment permit of PRC' (hereafter refer to ' Foreign employment permit'.(1). Resume of foreigners to be employed (one original with signature and seal by employer).
(2). Letter of intent (one original with signature and seal by employer).
(3). Report about reason of employing foreigner (one original with signature and seal by employer).
(4).Certificate about foreigner engaging in the job (one copy with original).
(5). Health certificate (one copy with original, and issued by quarantine bureau).
(6). Effective passport or visa and other international certificate (one copy with original).
(7).The contract between employer and foreigner, or appointed letter by the legal person of oversea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao enterprises to the foreigner. (One copy with original, business license, the people with confirmed position cannot be proved government approval letter.).
(8). Business license (duplicate), registered certificate and approval letter of government (one copy with original).
(9). Fill ' Employment Manual', ' Application form for foreigner' (one original with signature and seal of employer).
(10). 2 pieces of photo (2 inch, one for ' Application Form for Foreigner', and one for ' mployment Certificate'.
Ⅱ. Register ' Employment Certificate for foreigner of PRC' (hereafter refer to ' Employment Certificate')
(1). ' Employment Permit for Foreigner' (one original).
(2). ' Notification for applying working visa' or working visa (one copy with original).
Ⅲ. Register the postponing of ' Employment Certificate for foreigner'
(1). Fill ' Roster of Employment for foreigner', ' Application form of postponing for foreigner employment' (one original with signature and seal by employer).
(2). effective passport or visa and other international certificate (one copy with original).
(3). The contract between employer and foreigner, or appointed letter by the legal person of oversea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao enterprises to the foreigner. (One copy with original, business license, the people with confirmed position cannot be proved government approval letter.).

Ⅳ. Reissue ' Employment Certificate for foreigner'(1). Fill ' Application form of reissuing Employment Certificate for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan people' (one original with seal of employer).
(2). ' Application of reissuing ' Employment Certificate for Foreigner' (one original with seal of employer).
(3). Explanation of reissuing ' Employment Certificate' by foreigner (one original with his signature and seal of employer).
(4). one piece of photo in 2 inch.
Ⅴ. Variation of ' Employment Certificate'
(1). Fill application form of variation for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan people (one original with seal of employer).
(2). Application of variation (one original with seal of employer).
(3).Relevant certificate of variation content (business license after variation, effective passport, effective visa, contract with one copy and original).
(4). ' Employment Certificate for Foreigner' (one original, if need to be updated, one piece of photo in 2 inch).
Ⅵ. Logout and change of ' Employment certificate for foreigner'
(1). Explanation of resign the job (one original with seal of employer).
(2). ' Employment Certificate' (one original).Legal accordance: the 7th, 11th, 13th and 16th item of ' Regulation of employment for foreigner in China' and the regulation of carrying out this regulation.
Application formThe employer and foreigner fill the form according to applied issues.
(1). New registry of ' Roster of employment for foreigner' (appendix 1), ' Employment Application Form for Foreigner' (Appendix 2).
(2). Postpone the ' Roster of employment for foreigner' (appendix 1), ' Application of postponing the employment' (appendix 3).
(3). reissue ' Application form of reissuing Employment Certificate for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan people' (appendix 4).

Administration procedureⅠ.New registry.(1). The employer should register employment permit within 15 days after foreigner enter to China.
(2). The employer should submit employment application documents to Labor security department, and get ' Employment Permit for Foreigner' by ' Application return' after approved.(3). The employer should apply and get ' Notification of applying working visa and living certificate' in public security bureau by ' Employment certificate for foreigner'.
(4). The employer should apply and get ' Employment Permit for Foreigner' by ' Employment Permit for foreigner' , ' Notification of applying working visa and living certificate' and working visa in Labor and Security Department.
(5). The employer should register working visa and living certificate in Public Security Bureau by ' Employment certificate foreigner', ' Notification of applying working visa and living certificate' and relevant material.
Ⅱ.PostponingThe employer should submit application of postponing to Labor and Security Department one month in advance before expiration of working certificate, if the foreigner will be employed continuously.
Ⅲ. Other procedureSubmit relevant material needed to appointed department to register.
Administration permit timeEmployment certificate foreigner can be registered with 4 working days since applying have been accepted to register. For the first time registration, it will be registered with one working day since accepted. Postponing of employment certificate can be registered 1 working day after accepted. In terms of reissuing and changing, it will be registered when applied.
Effective permit and the term' Employment Permit certificate for foreigner' will be expired after 6 months. (Printed by Labor and social security department of PRC)' Employment Permit' will be expired after 5 years and cannot be beyond the effective term as business license and register certificate, labor contract, appointed letter and the effective term of passport or other effective certificate. Legal effect and force of administration permitAfter get ' Employment Permit for foreigner', ' Employment Certificate' and ' Living certificate of PRC for foreigner' , ' Visa of PRC' registered in Public Security Bureau, the foreigner can be allowed to work in Yiwu.
Annual examination for administration permit
Yiwu labor and social security bureau will carry out annual examination to ' Employment certificate for foreigner'
(1). If the effective term of Employment Certificate for Foreigner is above one year (not include one year), the employer should register annual examination to relevant department within 30 days before expiration.
(2). The employer should fill ' Annual examination form for employment certificate of foreigner' (appendix 5 with seal by employer)
(3). The employer should register annual examination with above form and original employment certificate to Labor Security Bureau.
(4). Annual examination will be registered once apply.
